Part time employees are not eligible for all of the above benefits, but do receive Paid Time Off on a different scale. Many part time employees later transition into full time positions and are eligible for FT benefits.

Direct Support Positions
Work directly with people with disabilities or seniors. The following positions have ongoing openings; when applying please indicate which type of position you are interested in.

Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Support adults with intellectual disabilities with daily living activities in a day / community based setting or residential (home) setting. DSP positions may be 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, part or full-time. DSP's may work in a day program, community, job coach, or residential setting.
Live-In Companion
Live-In Companions are hired as the primary support staff for each client and reside in the home with the client. Duties are similar to DSPs.
Job Coach
Help support individuals with disabilities succeed in their jobs. Provide coaching and task reminders, provide quality oversight and communicate with business staff.
Senior Care Attendant
Perform personal care and or homemaker duties in our Senior Care Division. Duties include but are not limited to: light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, medication reminders, errands, having conversations and more.
Family Model Provider
Formerly considered “adult foster care,” Family Model Providers contract with Progress to provide a home and support for adults with disabilities. To inquire about becoming a Family Model Provider, please contact us at info@Progress-inc.org
